The Morrison Ranch park/ramada area will be available for Homeowner’s events from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The entire event (set up through cleanup) shall be completed within this time frame.
I, the undersigned, indemnify and hold harmless Morrison Ranch and any of its employees or agents from any claim, liability, or loss suffered by anyone, wholly or partially responsible through my negligence, the staff’s negligence, or equipment failure. Any damage to the common area, equipment or property will be my responsibility and additional charges will be assessed to my Morrison Ranch account. I accept full responsibility for the conduct of my guests, adults, as well as minors.
The Association reserves the right to request a $100 refundable deposit for groups larger than 100 guests.
Should a security deposit of $100 be requested it must be remitted at the time of booking. All other fees and permits (if applicable) must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to the event will result in the loss of the User Fee. Payments should be made to the Morrison Ranch Community Council.
- 35 to 50 Guest: $25
- 50 to 100 Guests: $50
- 100+ Guests: $150
If applicable, the security staff has complete authority. Failure to comply will result in the termination of the event, as well as forfeiture of all monies paid.
I will provide a certificate of insurance naming Morrison Ranch Community Council as additionally insured for this event when using an outside vendor.
